Originally from Peekskill, Steve Cardinale Sr. came to the Vail Valley in 1976. He began his real estate career in 1979 and quickly established himself as one of the area’s leading residential brokers with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. Steve is known for representing luxury mountain homes, ski properties, high-end fractional ownership, and a wide range of real estate throughout Vail, Beaver Creek, and the surrounding communities.
